Job Description:

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and research-driven Graphic Designer / Video Editor
to join our team on a full-time remote basis. This role goes beyond execution. The successful
candidate will be expected to research industry trends, analyse competitor content, and
independently generate creative ideas for both visual and video-based content.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams while also taking ownership of the creative
direction for assigned tasks, ensuring all outputs align with brand standards and business
objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities
     Design high-quality graphics, marketing creatives, presentations, and digital assets
     Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for social media, websites, and
    internal platforms
     Research industry trends, competitor websites, and social media platforms to generate
    creative ideas
     Proactively suggest content ideas, visual concepts, layouts, styles, and formats
     Collaborate daily with internal teams to understand briefs, timelines, and priorities
     Manage and respond to work-related emails, feedback, and task updates professionally
     Maintain organised files, version control, and digital asset libraries
     Ensure brand consistency across all graphic and video content
     Support ongoing campaigns, launches, and internal initiatives
     Assist with basic content planning and coordination when required
     Perform other design, editing, research, and coordination tasks as required and not
